Our philosophy is that every project should be a win-win situation for the Customer who buys the equipment and the Principal who supplies the equipment. This is achieved through cooperation and communication.
Communication between Customer and Principal can be through EFCA or direct. It is important for you to be able to establish a direct relationship with the manufacturer of the equipment you are considering buying. Our preferred model is of a triangle with each of the 3 corners represented by: Customer, Principal, and EFCA. In this model there is open communication between all 3 corners.
This model has allowed EFCA to continue through the ups & downs of the economic cycles and obtain orders from Customers over many years and represent our Principals for generations - we still represent two Principals that we started with in 1957.
